Swim Notes

Our Swim Note lessons can be either private or semi-private. 

These classes are based on levels that go from Note A to Note G, with every level teaching different fundamentals. 

On your first day of private or semi-private swim note class, your Symphony Swim instructor will determine which level you or your child fits within our program. Our goal is to move the swimmer up levels according to our bars of swimming to become sharp swimmers.

Swim Notes - Private Lessons

Private Swim Notes lessons with one of our highly trained instructors. Customized to your or your child’s confidence, needs, and goals. These private lessons are available to anyone over 6 months of age. Choose between 30 min or 45 min lessons for any skill level, or 1 hr lessons for advanced/competitive swimmers. 

Swim Notes - Dive in with friends

Our semi-private Swim Notes lessons offer a 1:2 instructor-to-student ratio for our 45 min lessons, and a maximum of 1:4 instructor-to-student ratio for our 1 hr lessons (only for advanced/competitive swimmers), to help you improve your swimming quickly and efficiently together. 

Children love to swim, and it’s one of our most essential lessons they can learn in life. Swimming lessons teach children self-confidence, encourage physical fitness, and reduce the risk of drowning.

Mommy & Me / Daddy & Me

This class welcomes parents to fully engage with their child, two years old and under, in lessons, so you may learn the swimming skills necessary to teach your child at your own rythm.

Artistic Swimming

Symphony Swim offers synchro-only classes to those interested in learning the art of grace and precise timing, for fun or to compete in advanced water skills of synchronized swimming.

Fit Swim

Our water fitness program promotes the importance of staying healthy and fit, and socializing with other adults in the cool water. 

Water fitness classes can consist of general exercise at the shallow end of the pool, or more strenuous deep-water activities. 

Classes are limited to a maximum of 20 participants per session. This workout involves aqua walking, running, finning and jogging. 

Both a beginner and a marathon runner can benefit from this program while staying cool. 

Clinics

Clinics are offered as mini sessions available to groups, with the main purpose of enhancing water safety.
